The President of Watton Rotarians, Richard Akister, presented
Vocational Awards
tonight to an individual and group in Watton and District.
The individual award went to Gail Adcock who for since
1999 has run the Day Care Centre and
Meals on Wheels operation. She praised the large number
of volunteers who have helped over the years
especially husband John.
The group award went to the Watton Festival Committee
who run an enoumously popular and successful
festival in Watton every two years. Representing the
committee are the programme producer
Heather Graham and chairman John Kerr.
